Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Please contact us if you prefer to have your order delivered by UPS.

Rates: $6.95 Flat Rate - Via Standard service to the contiguous United States, APO/FPO or P.O Box destinations.

Charges for shipping and handling are based on the pre-Tax merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deduction or promotional discounts.

Please contact us if you require a signature because an additional cost will be applied to the order. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online regardless of the shipment choice made by you.

Our shipping costs include packing fees, handling and postage costs. Shipping fees vary according to the total weight of your shipment, but the handling fees are a fixed price. Group your items in one order too avoid additional shipping fees because we are unable to group two separately placed orders. Special care is taken to protect fragile items, but please note that your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

Returns

Returns by Mail in the United States:

  • Pack the items safely for shipping and place a shipping label on the package to the address below:

  • All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive your return and process the credit for your order. We will send an email confirmation of your credit after processing your return. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
